Fees

Transparency and flexibility" is both our motto and commitment.

Law No. 2015-990 of 6 August 2015, known as the "Macron" law, provides for the drafting of fee agreements between a lawyer and his or her client regarding the invoicing of fees.

BMA AVOCATS generally invoices based on the time spent, determined in accordance with our rules of professional conduct; our hourly rates are based in particular on the difficulty of the case, the competence of the lawyer and the client's situation.

The firm also offers fixed rates when there is sufficient clarity of the time needed to be spent on the case.

Furthermore, our fees, whether on a time spent or fixed-price basis, may also be accompanied by performance fees, where appropriate.
